❌ No Returns or Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products (meat, cheese, fruits, etc.), all sales are final. We do not accept any returns or issue refunds once products have left our premises or been delivered.
📅 Ordering & Rush Fees
All orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance.
Orders placed with less than 7 days’ notice are considered rush orders and will incur a 20% rush fee.
Rush fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery Areas
We only deliver to specific areas within Hamilton and nearby zones.
If your shipping address falls outside our listed postal code zones, Papillon Charcuterie is not responsible for the delivery.
Customers outside of these areas must arrange for pickup at the date/time selected during checkout.
🍽️ Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Our charcuterie products may contain dairy, nuts, gluten, or other allergens.
It is the customer’s responsibility to notify their guests of potential allergens.
Papillon Charcuterie is not liable for any allergic reactions or dietary issues resulting from our products.
🛍️ Pickup Terms
If you select pickup as your delivery method, you must inspect your order before leaving our premises.
Once the product has been received and picked up, Papillon Charcuterie assumes no responsibility for its handling, condition, or storage.
🚚 Shipping Terms
If you select delivery, you must inspect your order upon arrival.
By accepting the delivery, you confirm that the product is in acceptable condition.
We are not responsible for any damages, defects, or dissatisfaction after acceptance.
📩 Customer Misconduct & Abuse
Papillon Charcuterie reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order if:
The customer is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful
Fraudulent chargebacks are initiated without valid cause
Repeated complaints are made with no valid proof
Abuse of our staff or services will result in permanent refusal of future orders.
